The Honey Dewdrops

SATURDAY JUNE 26, 2021 • 3 p.m.

Hillman Center Loading Dock, Outdoors
Tickets: $20

For the past decade, Americana duo The Honey Dewdrops – Laura Wortman and Kagey Parrish – have performed fresh, original songs influenced by traditional Appalachian music with a contemporary flare. You’ll hear it in their harmony-soaked songs and the mastery of their instruments’ acoustic tones, but also in their songwriting, which reflects the hard realities of today. With a versatile musical setup that includes a clawhammer banjo, mandolin and acoustic guitars, they blend folk and acoustic with a hint of bluegrass to create music that is powerful, heartfelt and authentic.
